At Recltrd Vintage, all our clothing is handmade to order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for you. Due to this, we do not accept refunds or returns, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
1. No Refunds or Returns
• All sales are final once an order has been placed.
• We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.
• Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. To qualify:
• You must contact us at Info@recltrdvintage.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
After reviewing your request, we will determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate. If approved, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.
3. Exchanges
Since our items are made to order, we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly. However, if you need assistance, you can reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
